Hours Badge

A fixed open/closed status tab, reading chrome_config.footer.hours against the real clock — autoscuolanicola's own opt-in (chrome_config.hoursBadge). Every example below fixes a reference time instead (see the Code tab's "now" note) so the state shown is deterministic, not whatever's true when you happen to load this page — components/chrome/hours-badge.tsx's own `now` prop override, added specifically for this library (see docs/DECISIONS.md).
